So try them all out and see which one suits you the best. Try to keep your eyes near the centre - and let the teleprompter do the work for you. There is a speed control if you want it faster or slower. It might feel strange at first but you will improve with practice! And the great thing about this teleprompter is that you can practice in your own home, so by the time you reach the studio - you will be nailing it first time :-)
